Reduce feed rate 30 to 50 percentage during enter and finish.

▍铣床鑽孔径尺寸调解

! 留意事项Notice:

Adjust the drill hole diameter for milling process

1 请自行注记一个基准点看成基准,瞄准偏爱套筒外缘刻度做调解。(请参照图1)

Please mark an index as a datum by yourself and make an adjustment per the scale on the eccentric collet.(see diagram 1)

一、不行以利用筒夹牢靠轴把

Do not use the fixed shaft of collet.

二、套筒上的刻度为尺度值

Take the scale on sleeve as a standard index.

三、调解后查抄实际加工径

Check the actual cutting diameter after adjustment.

四、按照中心高的调解,孔径会改变

Hole diameter varies per adjustment of center height.

五、发起调解中心高后,再查抄孔径

Double check the hole diameter per recommended

adjustment of center height.

2 要扩大加工孔径时,偏爱套筒向(+)偏向旋转,要缩小加工孔径时,偏爱套筒向(-)偏向旋转。

Rotate in direction of (+) to enlarge the diameter of cutting hole.

Rotate in direction of (-) to smaller the diameter of cutting hole.

3 旋转偏爱套筒时,请利用Ø3~Ø5 mm 调解圆棒插入偏爱套筒外缘上的切槽沟,即可旋转调解偏爱套筒。

Please use adjustable round bar of Ø3~Ø5mm which inserted into the slot for rotating the eccentric collet.

4 利用侧固刀杆的「A侧固螺丝」,以偏爱套筒的切槽开口处,瞄准螺丝锁固,「B侧固螺丝」则轻轻

锁紧及可。 (请参照图2)

Set screw for side A of chuck: fasten screw at the slot opening area of eccentric collet.

Set screw for side B of chuck: slightly screw is enough (see diagram 2)

Center height adjustment for lathe machining use

车床的问题,大多是由中心高偏移引起的。

若孔端面中心残留有直径约0.5mm的芯核,则中心高是符合的,以下环境中,

有须要调解中心高:1. 没有残留芯核 2.芯核直径大于1mm。

The lathe issue is most caused by the center height is out of position.

The center height is acceptable if there remains core of dia. 0.5mm on the end side of hole.

Should adjust the center height if there are following condition

1. No core remained 2. Diameter of core is more than 1mm

▍调解要领

Adjustment methods.

(1) 使偏爱套筒外缘端面刻度(车床用)瞄准鑽头外缘上的切削液孔插销中央

(2) 如没有芯核,向(+)偏向旋转偏爱套筒;当芯核直径大于1mm时,向(-)偏向旋转偏爱套筒

(3) 旋转偏爱套筒时,请利用Ø3~Ø5 mm 调解圆棒插入偏爱套筒外缘上的切槽沟,即可旋转调

整偏爱套筒。

(4) 用车床上的刀把牢靠螺丝时,以偏爱套筒的切槽开口处,直接牢靠鑽头

(1) Let the scale of eccentric collet(for lathe use) be on the center of pin hole for coolant (drill head outside).

(2) Rotate in direction of "+" if no core existed.

Rotate in direction of "-" if the core diameter is more than 1mm.

(3) Please use adjustable round bar of ψ3~ψ5mm which inserted into the slot for rotating the eccentric collet.

(4) When using the shank to fix the set screw, directly lock the drill head on the slot opening of eccentric collet.

▍调解利用说明 Alignment Operation:

以高刃为基准,将其馀刃微调高度同高刃,可使切削加工外貌粗拙度切合需求。步调如下 :

To let the roughness of machined surface meet the requirement, make a micro-adjustment for each blade at same height.Each step as follows :





1. 用量錶量测每刃高度,以高刃 为基准,

将量錶归零。Use dial indicator to measure

each insert height. Zero the dial indicator at

12 on the basis of the highest insert.

2. 利用 P5 扳手,鬆开其他刃牢靠螺丝。

Use the spanner of P5 to loosen the fixed

screw for other insert.

3. 利用调解扳手往

的偏向微调高度,若

from the machine spindle, just check the each insert.

4. 待其刃高同高刃,利用 P5 扳手锁紧调解螺

丝,须再量测一次刃高,查察量錶指针是否指向

零,若指针没有指向零,则重覆上述行动。

When all inserts are at the same height, use the

spanner of P5 to lock tightenly the screws. After

that, measure again each insert height. And check if

the dial indicator is zero. If no, please

repeat above action.

TW TORQUE USER INSTRUCTIONS

● 此扭力起子除了可接各类尺度型的起子头 (Fig. 1),亦可接上耽误接杆增加长度 (Fig. 2),而耽误接杆也可接各类

尺度型起子头 (Fig. 3)。

● In addition to connecting various standard bits(as in Fig. 1), the torque screwdriver can be connected with an extension to

increase its length.(as in Fig. 2) The extension can be connected with various standard bits (as in Fig. 3).

● 顺时钟旋转扳手起子握把 (Fig. 4),扭力到达大值时会有 " 喀擦 " 声来提醒利用者,以制止高出扭力值,

而造成物件损坏,握法别离有低扭力握法 (Fig. 5) 以及高扭力握法 (Fig. 6) 两种。
